Okay okay okay. So I randomly signed me up for a subscription for Seventeen magazine, because it said it was free. And now this is the second time I got a $ 7.97 bill for it. (I'm the person who puts the item in my own house.) I want not to tell my mom because she gets mad at me. I really want to cancel the subscription. I try and go to the website and it tells me to insert my address exactly as it appears on the magazine, so I can cancel the subscription. I do, but it says it is invalid! What should I do ???????? They have no customer service phone number (unless you have one). I will be happy to mail the $ 7.97 if they accept cash in the envelope. Do they accept cash? Thanks for all your help!
Their website says customer service number 1-800-388-1749 (because it's a 1-800 number that will not cost you anything to call them) – they must be able to tell you the easiest way to take care of things – good luck!
