Please help me to save a poor xboxlive thrown out of a window. I have drawn fine and I say this all the packets and multiroom etc. on PC. So on xbox I can use on-demand stuff fine too.Sounds great? So when it comes to live TV I get a message saying: "To watch TV channels live with sky-player, you need to subscribe to sky multiroom, broadband or unlimited sky multiroom player. Also sport pack 2 "Then it sends AF * cking me email telling me to upgrade. HELP! I obviously have all the necessary things that I can get on demand stuff! Help! Edit! I can see a live film (fast and furious), but it is to say, I can not see anything else. Damn!
Live film does not require that you have multiroom, unlike live sports. If you are able to look at demand sports and live film, it suggests that your multiroom subscription will not be removed. Do you have Sky multiroom (through television subscription) or Sky Player multiroom? If the past have shown a green tick next to it in account management on the PC? If the latter, you can try to cancel and resubscribing (you will not be charged again – this just cancel / renew autorenew).
