Is "second to none" a legitimate charity?

"Second to none" is a group that sends teenagers door to door selling magazine subscriptions. It is clear that subscriptions are overpriced, but the justification is that this is a program that provides jobs for needy and "risk" teenagers. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate group or a scam? Their website is http://second-to-none.org/.

Ask your local police dept if they are registered to search. Get a financial statement from them. They should indicate whether they are a charitable orginization and how much goes to charity and how much is used "Administrative" expenses.
