I just subscribed to a magazine service through phone, I can cancel before they come and get a refund?

Sure you can. You can even cancel after receiving it the first magazine. It is asking for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product. You can get some run around from these people when you call to cancel because most of these people route their customer service reps through call centers in remote locations such as India. Thus person on the other side can not have a clue what you are talking about. They are trained to handle only routine order taking questions on the phone. So to protect yourself legally, you may want to write them a letter to their U.S. address and if possible have it sent via registered mail. This will cover you legally for the future.
