why can cars go over the speed limit?
a question I've always wondered: who are graphical ads across TV, radio, magazines, etc. on slowing down and not break speed limits. yet .. all cars can do twice the speed limit, sometimes extra, I think a lot of cars have 160 mph or something on the speedometer, so .. why are cars made in this way? safely if businesses and the country intends to save lives, cut down on high speed chases, maintain security for children and others .. they should not restrict cars to the limit speed of the country?
Think of all the revenue the county would lose if they regulated how quickly a car can do. Also, if you make a car that can only do 70 km / h, the maximum speed in many areas, they can still speed on a 35 mph zone. People are the main reasons why the engine speeds have not been regulated. There will be an uproar. There are places that attaches to the lock, so you can not take their vehicle over a certain speed. I learned that when I rented one once. I hated it. ha!
