Okay, long story short, I was roped into a verbal contract for a magazine subscription from a company claiming to be ally with my credit card company. Following the signing of this contract, I asked them if I could cancel this deal and they said yes. I've tried many times since, and the best thing they have done is knock off $ 5 per month to my subscriptions.
